Eighth Sound

Crispy and crushable, our Helles lager is mashed with the finest German Pilsner malts and hopped with a blend of noble and American hops to achieve the easiest of drinking experiences.

Shark Bite – Double IPA

In recognition of the U.S. Coast Guard, the RBM is a hazy pale is ale made with pilsen and malted oats.  Flavored with mosaic hops for a light, steady, and juicy finish

P.G.D.T. (Mint Lime) – Hard Seltzer

Easy to Love – Hefeweizen

Country Fair – Amber Ale

Friends Forever – Kettle Sour

Our kettle-soured ale is a take on the German Berlinerwiesse. We jam this beer with a combination of sweet and tart fruit and then add a bit more sweet by way of vanilla bean and milk sugar. Our current iteration features Strawberry and Blackberry.

Front Porch – Milk Stout w/Coffee

This milk stout is brewed with a blend of specialty malts and lactose, giving it a sweet and velvety texture that’s balanced by the bold, roasted flavors of East Timor coffee from our friends at Front Porch Cafe (Outer Banks, NC). Each sip is like a stroll down memory lane, bringing to mind lazy afternoons spent on the front porch, sipping coffee and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

Sea of Love – Pale Ale

Our base hazy pale ale falls in love with fruit. This iteration features the tart acidity and intense tropical punch of passionfruit.  On the palate, you’ll find a harmonious balance of tartness and sweetness, with a hint of bitterness from the hops providing the perfect counterpoint.  Basically an adult juice box.
